This provides practical assistance and allows you as the business to respond to live tender opportunities, review your business development options, check OH&S documentation and refine your business profile. These are held on site at the business premises.

Workshop Presenter

Katrina is an esteemed speaker on understanding tendering and is known for her ability to break down a complex topic into content that will engage, motivate and educate workshop participants.

In 2008 Katrina created a partnership with the Industry Capability Network to roll out tender writing workshops to civil contractors bidding for work with the Northern Victorian Irrigation Renewal Program (NVIPR) and for the Murrindindi Shire skilling local businesses to tender for work as the region rebuilt community infrastructure after the devastating Black Saturday bushfires of 2009.

Katrina is an engaging and respected speaker on tender preparation and grant writing related topics. In 2010 she was commissioned by Small Business Victoria to present “Winning Government Business” to regional businesses across Victoria.

She also worked on the new Bendigo Hospital Project in 2014, which is Victoria's largest Hospital providing workshops and mentoring businesses, to up-skill their business practises and company profiles so they could tender and win work.
